A sealed limit switch in a full metal shell that takes mechanical impact directly. Swing arm models travel up to ±95° for generous striker overtravel.
WHAT MAKES THE TSA SERIES
The housing is metal end to end, so the body absorbs direct mechanical hits from strikers and workpieces. Heavy equipment stations mount the switch where contact happens, and the shell is rated for that duty.
Lever models sweep as far as ±95° before the mechanism binds. That travel soaks up striker overshoot and leaves room for mounting tolerance on frames that shift under load.
Lever models index in 22.5° steps, so the arm angle resets during commissioning when the striker path moves. Plunger versions accept an optional plastic roller for sliding contact surfaces.
The idler wheel, punch and spring come in stainless steel as standard. These three parts see friction on every cycle, and stainless keeps their geometry stable across the full service life.
The series uses an M18×1.5 conduit entry. The gland seals the cable at the shell and keeps the IP65 rating intact at the wiring point.
