WHAT MAKES THE TFS SERIES

How the TFS Range Covers Light Stations and Heavy Floors.

Three Size Classes

Small models weigh 0.7kg for bench machines and light stations. Large models reach 3.2kg and stay planted on workshop floors under full boot pressure.

Three Guard Forms

Open pedals give fast access. Half guards shield the sides, and full guards cover the top so falling parts and resting boots stay clear of the pedal.

Alternate Action for Hands-Free Holding

The TFS-105 latches on with one press and off with the next. Grinding and polishing stations keep both hands on the workpiece while the motor stays running.

A Proven Switch Core Inside

Standard pedals house a V15 micro switch rated 16A. Heavy models use the TM-1704 core, the same unit that runs inside our limit switches. Contact data sits on the V15 page and the TM page.

Pre-Wired From the Factory

Small and standard models ship with a fitted cable between 0.5m and 3m. Large models come with a cable gland so installers run their own conduit length.

Anti-Slip Option on Large Models

Heavy pedals offer a thickened anti-slip tread. The extra grip keeps boot placement steady on oily floors around machining centers.

Contact forms run from 1A1B on single pedals to 2A2B on twin-pedal versions. The table below lists every model with its built-in core and cable setup.

WHERE TFS FITS

Foot Control for Stations Where Hands Stay Busy.

CNC & Machine Tools

Operators start and stop spindles by foot while both hands guide the workpiece. Guarded heavy models suit floors with chips and coolant.

Injection Molding

Molding machines cycle by pedal during manual setup and part removal. The momentary action gives the operator direct control over each stroke.

Conveyor & Sorting

Packing and assembly stations jog conveyors by foot while hands handle cartons. Pre-wired small models mount fast beside each workstation.

QUICK MODEL SELECTION GUIDE

Match Your Station to a Pedal Build.

01

Light stations with frequent jogging

Bench machines and packing desks that cycle many times per hour. Small and standard plastic models keep the cost per station low.

02

Maintained on and off control

The load runs after the foot lifts away. The alternate-action pedal latches on with one press and releases on the next.

03

Heavy floors with mis-step risk

Workshops where carts, falling parts or resting boots threaten the pedal. Half-guard and full-guard aluminum models shield the tread.

04

Two pedals, two circuits

One operator controls two functions from a single base. Twin-pedal models carry 2×1A1B contacts in open or guarded forms.
