WHAT MAKES THE V15 SERIES

Design Choices Behind the V15 Series.

Precise Operating Position

Operating position tolerance starts at ±0.4mm on the pin button model. Detection points repeat at the same location across long production runs.

Shell Built for Mounting Torque

The high-strength housing accepts up to 6kgf·cm of mounting torque. Installers can tighten screws firmly and the case holds its shape.

16A Capacity With 40A Inrush Margin

Contacts carry 16A at 250VAC resistive and absorb inrush up to 40A. Small motors and solenoid loads switch directly on the V15.

Shock Resistance to 1000m/s²

The snap mechanism withstands shock up to 100G in endurance testing. Contacts hold their state on machines that vibrate or index hard.

Two Terminal Sizes Across the Range

Every actuator style ships with #6.3 (250) or #4.8 (187) tab terminals. Wiring harnesses stay standard across mixed model lists.

Guard points that also need a latched trip state pair well with the T4NR manual reset series.

Conveyor & Sorting

Sorting lines mount V15 units along roller beds to confirm package position. The 16A contact drives small diverter motors straight from the switch.

Automated Parking

Carriage pallets in parking systems use V15 switches for arrival detection. Shock resistance keeps the trip point stable as platforms settle into place.

Elevator Systems

Car door assemblies use the V15 to confirm fully open and fully closed positions. Tight operating position tolerance keeps door timing consistent floor after floor.

QUICK MODEL SELECTION GUIDE

Match Your Striker Motion to a Model.

01

Direct push on a fixed point

The striker presses straight onto the button at one fixed position. The pin button model gives the tightest operating position in the range.

02

Short-travel lever actuation

The striker sweeps briefly across the head with limited travel. Short levers and roller short levers keep operating force close to the button model.

03

Long travel with light operating force

The striker travels far and presses gently. Medium, long, arc and roller long levers multiply travel while dropping operating force to 0.69N and below.

04

Wiring on narrower tabs

The harness uses #4.8 (187) quick-connect tabs. Every actuator style offers a C2 terminal version at the same operating data.
