WHAT MAKES THE TZ-8 SERIES

Six design decisions that set this series apart.

Sealing at every seam

Rubber rings sit between the head and cover plate, and around the plunger opening. They hold an IP65 seal. The housing stays compact.

Riveted contacts, positioned by press

A precision riveting press positions each contact point dead center. Screw-mounted contacts leave alignment to the worker's hand. A dedicated machine removes the guesswork from every unit.

Zinc alloy base with reinforced plastic shell

The base takes the mechanical load. The shell keeps weight and cost in check. Together they hit a balance that works for most indoor industrial environments.

Forced disconnect as a structural guarantee

Even if contacts weld under fault current, the internal mechanism physically separates them when the plunger is pressed. A mechanical fail-safe built into the structure.

Adjustable lever length and angle

The operating lever length adjusts to the mounting environment. Angle is field-adjustable too, which cuts rework during installation.

Terminal section opens fully

The cover removes completely to expose all terminals. Wiring happens with both hands free and clear sight lines. A small detail that cuts installation time on busy production floors.
