The TM1-1 is the splash-proof sealed version of the TM series, rated IP67 except at the terminal part. It leaves the factory prewired, and installation follows the same procedure as the TM.
WHAT MAKES THE TM1-1 SERIES
The enclosure reaches IP67 protection, with the terminal part as the only exception. Coolant spray and washdown water stay outside the contact chamber.
The contact set carries the same 15A on-off capacity as the TM series. One compact switch handles loads that usually call for a larger device.
TM1-1 keeps the outline, mounting holes and installation procedure of the TM series. An existing TM mounting point accepts a TM1-1 as a direct upgrade.
Actuation speed spans the same wide range as the TM series, from slow creeping strikers to fast cams. Repeat accuracy stays high across the full window.
Each TM1-1 model mirrors a TM model in operating data. See the open-frame version on the TM-1 series page.
WHERE TM1-1 FITS
Position points inside the coolant splash zone of a machining center. The IP67 body keeps cutting fluid away from the contacts while the machine runs.
Detection points on washdown conveyor sections in food and packaging plants. The prewired leads shorten installation along the line.
Auxiliary equipment in humid molding shops, from dryers to conveyors beside the press. The sealed body tolerates the moisture that open switches absorb.
QUICK MODEL SELECTION GUIDE
01
The striker presses straight onto the button. Plunger models give the tightest operating position tolerance in the series.
02
A cam or slide sweeps across the lever tip. The hinge lever accepts a generous approach angle at light force.
Â
03
The striker slides past the head and friction matters. Short and long roller levers turn sliding contact into rolling contact.
04
The actuator sees gram-level force from light parts or thin webs. The wire lever trips at 58.8 mN operating force.
