A general-purpose micro switch with 15A breaking capacity and high repeat accuracy. The range covers standard, sealed and molded-terminal forms for varied wiring environments.
WHAT MAKES THE TM-1 SERIES
Contacts break 15A at 125 and 250VAC. The snap mechanism returns to the same trip point cycle after cycle.
Molded terminal models accept a safety cover over the wiring side. The cover shields terminals from drips and accidental contact.
This mechanism also sits inside the TZ-6 sealed limit switch. Field-proven cores carry over into enclosed housings.
Heads run from pin button through plungers, levers and roller levers to a wire lever. Fourteen operating characteristic combinations come from one core.
A standard micro-load version serves low-energy signal circuits. One series covers power switching and control-level signaling together.
WHERE TM-1 FITS
Machine builders fit TM-1 switches on door interlocks and reference points. Repeat accuracy keeps the datum steady through thousands of cycles per shift.
Auxiliary equipment around the press uses TM-1 switches in its control loops. The 15A contact handles heater and motor loads on hopper loaders and conveyors.
Parking equipment builders wire TM-1 switches into lift and traverse control circuits. Sealed versions hold up in garage environments with dust and humidity swings.
QUICK MODEL SELECTION GUIDE
01
The striker presses straight in at a fixed point. Pin button and plunger heads hold movement differential down to 0.05mm.
02
Space exists on the top rail rather than the frame face. Top-mounting combinations turn the head upward for the same keys.
03
The striker drags across the head under motion. Roller lever models turn sliding contact into rolling contact for longer head life.
04
The trigger element carries minimal force or weight. The wire lever trips at 58.8mN for delicate detection tasks.
