WHAT MAKES THE TLS SERIES

Design choices that keep the TLS series economical.

High-Strength Engineering Plastic Shell

The housing uses reinforced engineering plastic instead of metal. Weight and cost stay low, and the shell still holds an IP65 seal for indoor industrial use.

Extra Wide Swing Amplitude

Lever models swing up to ±95°. A generous swing range absorbs striker overtravel and gives installers more room for alignment error.

M20 Conduit Entry As Standard

Every model ships with an M20×1.5 cable gland. Wiring connects through a standard conduit size that panel builders already stock.

Stainless Steel Where Wear Happens

The roller, punch and spring are stainless steel as standard. The parts that rub against strikers every cycle are the parts that get the durable material.

Two Body Lengths, One Head Design

TLS-1 is the short body and TLS-3 is the long body. Both accept the same actuator heads, so one series covers shallow panels and standard mounting points.

Field-Adjustable Lever Positions

Adjustable lever models index in 22.5° steps. The lever angle resets on site in minutes when the striker path changes during commissioning.

The TLS contact block is the same unit used in the TZ-8 series. Read how shared cores work across the range on the manufacturing capability page.

WHERE TLS FITS

Built for machines that run on tight budgets.

Injection Molding

A granulator line in Guangzhou runs TLS-101 units beside its molding machines. The stainless plunger and silver-alloy contacts hold up through daily cycling.

Conveyor & Sorting

Position detection along conveyor frames where switches mount in rows. The economy body keeps per-point cost low when a line needs dozens of sensors.

OEM Volume Programs

The plastic body offers a lightweight, cost-efficient design that supports strong volume demand.

WHAT MAKES THE TLS SERIES

Match your actuation conditions to a model.

01

Vertical striker actuation

The striker moves straight down onto the switch head. Choose a plunger model, sealed version for dusty stations.
TLS-101 / 301
TLS-111 / 311

02

Side or angled striker approach

The striker comes in from the side or sweeps across the head. Cross roller plungers and roller levers handle lateral approach cleanly.
TLS-103 / 303
TLS-121 / 321

03

Strikers with large runout or bouncing

The striker overshoots, vibrates or arrives at inconsistent depth. Spring actuators absorb the variation at a light 0.98N operating force.
TLS-161 / 361
TLS-171 / 371
TLS-181 / 381

04

Lever position set during installation

The striker path gets finalized on the machine, after the switch is mounted. Adjustable levers re-index in 22.5° steps on site.
TLS-127 / 327
TLS-131 / 331
TLS-191 / 391
Share your travel, operating force and mounting space requirements. Our application engineers will help you finalize the model.
