Pushbutton stations built for direct motor start and stop, and for load current that opens and closes frequently. Surface and flush mounting pairs with painted iron or reinforced plastic shells.
WHAT MAKES THE PUSHBUTTON SERIES
Â
Contacts switch three-phase motors from 10A at 1.5KW up to 30A at 3.7KW. The same stations handle load current that opens and closes frequently through the shift.
Painted iron shells take knocks on busy workshop floors. Reinforced plastic shells reduce weight where the station mounts on lighter equipment.
Surface models bolt onto machine frames and wall boxes. Flush models recess into the panel face, so the buttons sit level with the surrounding plate.
Terminals grow with the rating, from M3.5 on the 10A models to M4 at 15A and M5 at 30A. Lugs and wire gauges match each capacity class.
The TPB models round out the range at 3A 250VAC for light control circuits. Full ratings sit in the comparison table below.
WHERE THE PUSHBUTTON SERIES FITS
Main power start and stop sits right at the machine column. Iron-shell surface models handle the vibration and coolant mist beside machining centers.
Line start and stop stations mount along the conveyor run. Operators reach a button at each zone instead of walking back to the main panel.
Hoist pump stations use the 30A models for direct motor switching. Flush versions sit cleanly inside control cabinets at the lifting point.
QUICK MODEL SELECTION GUIDE
01
Three-phase motors up to 1.5KW on drills, saws and small pumps. The 10A surface model with M3.5 terminals covers this class.
02
The most common workshop motor size. Pick iron or plastic shell and surface or flush mounting at the same 15A rating.
03
Larger pumps, blowers and machine spindles at 3.7KW. The 30A models step up to M5 terminals for heavier cable.
04
The station sits flush with the cabinet face. TBSY covers single gangs and TBSS carries two button groups behind one plate.
