WHAT MAKES THE T4N SERIES
The direct-opening mechanism drives the NC contact apart when contact welding occurs. Plunger pressure physically separates the contact pair, meeting the positive-opening requirement of EN60947-5-1.
The built-in contact holder comes in snap-action and slow-action versions. Each action mode offers 1NC/1NO and 2NC arrangements, so the safety circuit gets the contact form it needs.
One model code assembles the switch from three positions. Six conduit entries, four internal switch actions and thirteen head styles combine to match each mounting point.
Standardized gold-clad contacts switch loads from DC5V 1mA signal circuits up to 10A standard loads. One contact set covers sensor inputs and control circuits alike.
A reinforced seal structure around the actuator entry keeps the enclosure at IP66. Dust and washdown stay outside the contact chamber through daily machine cleaning.

WHERE T4N FITS
Guard doors and protective covers on machining centers need interlock points that open on demand. The T4N mounts at the door edge and feeds the machine safety circuit directly.
Inspection hatches and landing doors call for positive-opening contacts at the access point. Gold-clad contacts keep the interlock signal reliable at control-circuit loads.
Fence doors along a conveyor line get opened for jam clearing and daily checks. A forced-opening switch at each door ties the guard into the line safety circuit.
