Industrial Switches Built For One Purpose : Keeping Your Equipment Running.

TMAZTZ’s industrial switch series are designed for a specific set of operating conditions. Find the right switch for your application, or tell us what you need and we will guide you to it.

PRODUCT FAMILIES

Switches Designed for Different Application Requirements

Limit Switch

Position sensing and overtravel protection for machinery that moves. Seven series, from compact vertical types to IP67 waterproof builds.

Safety Limit Switch

Positive-break mechanisms for door interlocks, guard monitoring, and emergency stop circuits. Built to meet regional safety codes.

Micro Switch

Compact sensing for applications where space is tight and precision matters. From basic snap-action to sealed designs for harsh conditions.

Other Switch

Toggle, foot, and power push button switches for control panels, operator stations, and specialty applications.

Questions to Find The Right Switch Family

QUESTION 1

What Are You Trying To Achieve?

A machine part that travels along a path needs a limit switch. A door or guard that opens needs a safety switch. A small mechanism needs a micro switch.

QUESTION 2

What is the environment?

Indoor, dry, and clean suits a standard switch. Outdoor, wet, or dusty calls for waterproof or metal housing. Washdown areas need IP67 or higher.

QUESTION 3

What happens if it fails?

If failure means damaged equipment or injured people, choose a safety-rated switch with positive-break operation and full certification documentation.

MATERIALS & ENGINEERING

The parts you pay for are the ones you cannot see.

Composite silver contacts across all families

Every TMAZTZ switch uses a copper base with a thick silver overlay at the contact point. Copper carries current efficiently. Silver resists arcing at the surface. For low-current products, gold plating keeps the signal stable across millions of cycles. These material choices add cost per contact. They also add years of reliable service.

Riveted assembly for every contact point

Contact points are pressed into position with a precision riveting press. Each one sits centered. Each one performs the same. This requires a specialized machine and high-copper rivet material. A screw and a screwdriver, the common alternative, leave contact alignment to the worker's hand.

Materials chosen for service life

ADC12 aluminum for metal housings. Custom NBR rubber for cable glands. Copper-alloy nickel-plated handles for toggle switches. Each material costs more than the industry default. Each one is chosen because it lasts longer in the field. A switch that fails early costs more than any material upgrade.

Each product family has its own material story.

The TZ-8 cable gland uses a custom rubber compound that flexes under tight bends. WL switches seal the internal mechanism with a full rubber cap. Toggle switches use copper-alloy handles that stay corrosion-free for years. The specifics live in each category page.
