Limit Switches & Micro Switches

We Keep Your Machines Running.

It’s the only thing we do.

Built on component supply knowledge that began in 1972, with in-house manufacturing since 1987, TMAZTZ has spent over thirty years on a single category of product. Limit switches and micro switches, built for the machines that cannot afford to stop.

Our Position

Nobody Notices A Limit Switch Until The Machine Stops.

A limit switch is physically small and and costs a fraction of the equipment it serves. But when it fails, an elevator stops, a production line halts, a crane loses its safety margin. TMAZTZ was built around this reality, three decades of focus, 10 production lines under one roof, 70% of our team with over a decade of tenure, products installed across 49 countries.

Custom Engineering

When A Standard Switch Won't Do.

Most clients come to us with a model number. But when your equipment has an unusual mounting position, a tight clearance, or a trigger profile that catalog switches were not designed for, our engineering team steps in. We adjust actuator geometry, operating force, and travel parameters, then ship pre-assembled and pre-adjusted to your specification. Low minimum quantities. No complexity surcharge.

Why TMAZTZ

Thirty Years In One Category Earns You Certain Things.

Capabilities built over decades, not assembled overnight. These are the reasons our distributors stay, and the reasons engineers specify us by name.

Certified for Global Markets

TMAZTZ holds TUV, CE, UKCA, CB, CCC, and RoHS certifications, among the most certified manufacturers of our size in the industrial switch category. TUV Rhine annual audits keep every certification current, so your shipments clear customs without friction across global markets.

Thirty Years in One Category

Industrial switches are what we make. They have been since 1994, with component production experience reaching back to 1987. Legacy model numbers remain in production. That means when a request falls outside the catalogue, the answer is usually yes.

Modular Architecture, Fast Delivery

Standard orders ship within one week. On request, we provide installation-ready preparation: pre-adjusted actuator direction, compatible fasteners, and dust-proof tail plugs for exposed cable entries. For distributors, we actively help manage inventory mix to keep your stock moving.

Replace, Not Repair

When a product fails under warranty, we replace it. For overseas partners, replacements ship with the next order. For urgent situations, by air. Every unit carries a production date, so any issue can be traced to its source.

A Working Partnership

Our technical team joins distributor conversations with major local buyers to support specification and selection. 3D drawings, product catalogs, and marketing materials ship with every order.

Case Studies

Problems We've Solved.

—— New York, USA

When IP65 wasn't enough

A semi-exposed parking system in coastal New York rejected our first sample. We analysed the site, shipped a second with full IP67 epoxy sealing. The customer kept it.

—— Guangzhou, China

Safety without overspend

A plastics manufacturer needed a safety interlock on a beside-press granulator. TLS-101 with engineering plastic housing met every requirement at the right cost. The customer standardised across multiple lines.

—— Zhejiang, China

Surviving the die casting floor

Metallic dust, vibration, humidity. We upgraded from micro switch to IP65 zinc-alloy limit switch after systematic environmental analysis. Contact resistance tested at ≤25 mΩ.
